Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and value of your order. Our shipping options and prices are calculated and shown during the checkout process.
UK Shipping (HELY-SHOP.CO.UK do not accept liability if the post is late)
We can ship goods over £60 for free in the UK. This is normally posted out by Courier Service, unless you live in the highlands or one of the UK islands. ( Just choose free shipping under the courier option , please note delivery is Monday to Friday only )
Free UK shipping on orders over 90£
Free EU shipping on orders over 250£
First Class Standard – Usually 1-2 Days. Not insured or guaranteed.
First Class Recorded – Usually 1-2 Days. Requires a signiture.
Second Class Standard – Usually 3-5 Days. Not insured or guaranteed.
Second Class Recorded – Usually 3-5 Days. Requires a signiture.
Special Delivery – Insured upto £500, and delivered with signiture the next day.
Dpd- Parcelforce Courier – Next working day delivery, of parcels upto 20Kg. Signed and Insured to your door. Please note this option only allows for Mon to Friday delivery. Delivery timing is emailed / TEXT to the customer advising of an estimated delivery time.
International (HELY-SHOP.CO.UK do not accept liability if the post is late)
ParcelForce – normally in 3-5 days insured and tracked to destination
Royal Mail international Signed for – normally 3-5 days insured and tracked to destination

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us on [email protected] before returning your products to us and explain the reason of a return.

If any customers decide to return or cancel any order that includes any products ordered in backorder or customs/personalised products we will keep the right to keep 20% of the total order. (Applies to any order placed from website, by phone, emails, Facebook page)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 3elm croft Saint Neots GB Pe196qp.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When you sign up for an account all details collected are kept private and confidential.Your contact details will only ever be used in order to ship orders, and if necessary, to contact you regarding any orders in progress. Customer details are never passed onto any third parties.Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
Private Customer information (credit cards, etc.) are not kept by hely-shop.com providing you security. Please read the credit card safety below for details.At the time of signing up you may opt to receive an occasional newsletter to inform you of special offers, new items etc. This is not a weekly influx of spam type newsletter. If you sign up for this then decide you no longer want it you can easily opt not to receive it by unsubscribe from emails.
Stripe and our secure payment service provider PayPal payments use the latest technology to protect your credit card information and do not release it to any outside organization. Credit card details from our online transactions are not stored by us, encrypted, verified and handled solely by the payment centres. Any transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, (credit card / debit card information is held exclusively by Paypal and credit card services ) or personal information to any third party. If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters advised us of your e-mail address, we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail only. This ensures that you will not receive telephone calls or cold sells either via telephone or by post.
Orders are normally processed despatched within 24hrs of receipt of order but please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery, we will notify you via email when you order ships.
Items on the site may be indicated as in stock but may not be available for immediate despatch, as the nature of supply for these items can be patchy from time to time and may be supplied from more than one origin. Most orders are completed and delivered within 5 days. If at any time you require an order refunded it will be done straight away. If using PayPal this refund can take up to 3-5 working days to show, but normally quicker. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following day.
Special Order Items or Big Value Orders can take a little longer to deliver 7-14 days should be allowed but usually a lot less!
Please note that your order may be shipped from one of our distributor directly but your order will be under our responsibility all the time. You will also have warranty from HELY-SHOP UK LTD. In case of a drop-shipping order please always contact us for warranty refund or exchange.
Please note that your order may be part shipped should any item be out of stock. In the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we will send the remaining items out as soon as they arrive and we will cover the postage.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep this email as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact [email protected] so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

You need to email as soon as possible. If the item is already packed for shipping, we will try and do our best to accommodate.
